Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. As the energy flows it relaxes the blood vessels, tissues and organs bringing them to a greater balance and harmony which can improve your quality of life. Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies of the participants. It is a non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body. My reiki practice is about accelerating your body's own natural ability to heal itself.
